The Parish Council provides a Village Hall, Cemetery, Recreation Grounds and Allotments. It is also consulted on Planning matters where it gives the local view. The Parish Council meets at 7. 30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month, save August, when there is usually no Parish Council Meeting. We are a friendly archery club based near Hailsham in the heart of East Sussex. Hellingly Archers was established in 1981.
